CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21(2d FIN) Proposing                                                                         
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska to increase the                                                           
number of members on the judicial council; relating to the initial terms                                                        
of new members appointed to the judicial council; and relating to the                                                           
confirmation of members of the judicial council, which had been held                                                            
to the April 11 calendar (page 2365), was before the Senate in third                                                            
reading.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                                                                   
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21(2d FIN) be held in third                                                                         
reading to the April 12 calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
